The filling mechanism is driven and controlled by servo motor, and accurately reduces the speed when filling head level is approaching the bottle neck's narrowed portion, thus preventing the occurrence of bubbles or foaming.

Strokes of the filling nozzle and filling cylinder can be set internally with parameters to prevent machine damage caused by operator error.
PLC control with Human / Machine Interface. All parameters, including fill volume, can be displayed and set from the Touch Screen.
